YCB series magnetic gear pumps are designed for conveying lubricating oil or other liquids of similar lubricating properties with viscosity of 5-1500 cst, which do not contain solid particles and fibres, are non-corrosive, and have a temperature of not more than 300°C. The pumps are designed with special double-arc gears, which can reduce the friction on the surface of the gears effectively, and improve the smoothness of the conveying medium. In addition, it also has the characteristics of smooth running, no trapped liquid phenomenon, low noise, high efficiency, etc.

Product Details:

YCB series magnetic pump is mainly consists of gear, shaft, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeve, shaft end seal and other components. This pump conveys liquid through the change of working volume between the pump casing and meshing gears. When the gear rotates in a specific direction, the volume of the cavity on the gear meshing side changes from small to large, forming a vacuum to inhale the liquid, and the volume of the cavity on the gear meshing side changes from large to small, squeezing the liquid into the discharge pipe.
