YCB series magnetic gear pump brings the design, production and use of gear pumps into a new realm. It is suitable for pumping non-corrosive lubricating oils or equivalent liquids with temperatures below 300°C, viscosities from 5-1500 cSt, and free of solid particles and fibers. The equipment provides a high performance, energy efficient and cost-effective solutions for the chemical, petroleum, construction and other industires.

Product Details:

YCB series gear oil pumps deliver liquid through the change of working volume between pump casing and meshing gears. When two gears mesh, the pump casing and front and rear covers form two closed cavities. As the gears rotate in a specific direction, the volume of the cavity on the side of the meshing gears changes from small to large, forming a vacuum to draw in the liquid, and the volume of the cavity on the side of the meshing gears changes from large to small, squeezing the liquid into the discharge pipe.

Application:

1. It can be also applied as fuel pump for delivery system, pressurization and injection in fuel supply system.
2. This pump can give performance as transfer pump or booster in oil deliver system.
3. As a hydraulic pump supplying hydraulic power in hydraulic system.
4. In all industry fields it can be as lubricating pump.
