KCB series gear oil transfer pumps are commonly used to transfer crude oil, lubricating oil, vegetable oil, animal oil, crude oil and non-corrosive lubricating oil, as well as liquids at temperatures lower than 300°C and free of solid particles and fibres in the industries of oil depots, terminals, ships, factories, farms, mines, oil, chemical industry, metallurgy, and power stations. They are also characterised by smooth running, compact structure, stability, wear resistance and wide application.

Product Details:

KCB series gear pumps primarily consist of components such as gears, shafts, pump bodies, valves and shaft end seals. The gears of the products are specially heat-treated for high hardness and strength, and can be installed together with the shaft to run in replaceable bushings. In addition, the pumps are equipped with rational discharge and return grooves to minimize the torque on the gears during operation. Thus, the bearing load is small, the wear is less, and the pump efficiency is high. Meanwhile, the pump is also designed with a safety valve for overload protection, the full return pressure of which is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump.

Application:

1. Pulp and Paper: Acid, soap, lye, black liquor, kaolin, lime, latex, sludge.
2. Chemicals: Sodium silicate, acids, plastics, mixed chemicals, isocyanates.
3. Petrochemicals: Pure or filled bitumen, pitch, diesel oil, crude oil, lube oil.
4. Food: Chocolate, cacao butter, fillers, sugar, vegetable fats and oils, molasses, animal food.

Feature:

KCB series gear pump is a pump that is connected to a motor via a shaft. The pump itself is all-metal (allowing high-temperature fluids to be pumped without affecting the motor). The pump has an overheat protection device that automatically shuts down the pump if it is in danger of overheating. And, whether pumping light fuels such as diesel, kerosene and biodiesel, or vegetable oils, motor oils, or even glycerin, the pump can meet its transfer requirements.
