LPG gas transfer pump is specifically designed to transport liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), propylene, propane, methanol, and other highly volatile liquids with similar properties. They are suitable for use in LPG loading and unloading trucks, as well as in cylinder filling facilities. To ensure safety and reliability during operation, the equipment is equipped with protective devices such as overload protection and leak detection systems to safeguard operators.
Liquefied petroleum gas dispensing pumps are positive-displacement vane pumps, and their operating principle is based on the centrifugal sliding motion of the vanes. As the rotor rotates, the volume of the suction chamber gradually increases, creating a vacuum that generates suction and draws in the liquid. When the rotor rotates to a certain angle, the volume gradually decreases, expelling the liquid. Under the combined effect of centrifugal force and two baffle structures, the vanes remain tightly pressed against the inner surface of the stator, ensuring the pump operates normally under rated conditions.
Liquefied petroleum gas transfer pumps are primarily used to transfer various volatile liquids and petroleum products with similar properties, such as liquefied petroleum gas, dimethyl ether, chloromethane, ethylene oxide, propane, propylene, butadiene, isobutylene and methanol. It is particularly suitable for applications such as LPG truck loading and unloading, cylinder filling, and workshop feed systems.
