IHF magnetic centrifugal magnetic pump are capable for conveying strong corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, strong alkali, nitric acid, strong oxidizing agent, organic solvents and so on with any concentration, and can work in the environment of harsh working conditions. The pump adopts advanced hydraulic model, with high conveying efficiency and remarkable energy saving effect, resulting in low running cost.

Product Details:

IHF fluoroplastic acid centrifugal pump is manufactured in accordance with international standards and combined with non-metallic pump technology. The pump body adopts metal shell lined with PTFE propylene, and the pump cover, impeller and liner plate are sintered and pressed with metal inserts and fluoroplastic. Meanwhile, the shaft seal adopts external advanced bellows mechanical seal, the static ring adopts 99.9% alumina ceramics (or silicon nitride), and the dynamic ring adopts PTFE filling material, which has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

Application:

IHF series chemical centrifugal pump is suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, metallurgy, smelting, electric power, electroplating, dyestuff, pesticide, papermaking, food, textile and other industries, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkali, strong oxidizing agents, organic solvents, reducing agents and other strong corrosive liquids.

Feature:

1. With the features of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, good sealing, easy to install and convenient maintenance.
2. IHF pump body and pump cover are lined with fluorine plastic in the metal matrix, and the impeller is molded with special molds in fluorine plastic alloy outside the metal insert.
3. It is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with international standards, and its performance, rated performance points and external dimensions are adopted in accordance with relevant international standards and national standards.
4. The shaft seal adopts advanced external bellows mechanical seal, and the dynamic and static rings of the grinding head adopt the world's advanced SSIC industrial ceramics, and other materials and abrasives can be selected according to the user's special working conditions.
