WCB series magnetic hot oil pump is a low-pressure miniature energy-saving oil pump with the features of small volume, light weight, and convenient operation. This machine has a wide range application for transferring no lubricating, corrosive liquids and little particle liquids. The structure adopts coupling and media isolation design, the coupling gear is made of alloy steel by special hot processing technology, so the surface hardness can be up to HRC60 or more.

Product Details:

WCB series portable gear pumps are mainly consisted of gears, shafts, pump body and shaft end seals. The structure employs couplings separated from the medium and couplings lubricated separately. The gears are produced by alloy steel, treated by special heat treatment process, the surface hardness can reach HRC60 or above, with strong wear resistance and long service life.

Application:

WCB series portable gear pumps is able to handle refineries, power plants, power stations, substations and oil depots. It can also be used to transfer media in thin oil lubrication system, such as no lubricant, beverage, low corrosive water and other media.

Feature:

1. There is no need to fill liquid when using this series of products, in other words, liquid can be sucked in automatically.
2. The lubrication of all the parts in the pump is automatically achieved when the pump is working with the conveying medium.
