KCB series gear oil transfer pumps are commonly used for transferring crude oil, lubricating oil, vegetable oil, animal oil, crude oil and non-corrosive lubricating oil, as well as liquids with temperatures below 200°C and free of solid particles and fibres. They are also characterised by smooth running, compactness, stability, wear resistance and a wide range of applications.

Product Details:

KCB series magnetic gear pumps are mainly consists of gear oil pump gears, shafts, pump body, valves and shaft end seals. It gears are heat-treated with high hardness and strength, and can be installed together with the shaft to run in replaceable bushings. Besides, the pump is designed with reasonable discharge and return grooves so that the gears are subjected to minimum torque during operation. As a result, the bearing load is small, the wear is less, and the pump efficiency is high.

Application:

1. Petrochemicals: Pure or filled bitumen, pitch, diesel oil, crude oil, lube oil.
2. Chemicals: Sodium silicate, acids, plastics, mixed chemicals, isocyanates.
3. Pulp and Paper: Acid, soap, lye, black liquor, kaolin, lime, latex, sludge.
4. Food: Chocolate, cacao butter, fillers, sugar, vegetable fats and oils, molasses, animal food.

Feature:

1. This pump is designed for pumping light fuel oils such as diesel, kerosene, and biodiesel. It is also possible to pump vegetable oil, motor oil, and even glycerol.
2. The gear pump is a pump attached to the motor by a shaft. The pump itself is all metal (metal gears) and can pump hot fluids without affecting the motor.
3. Its motor is high power and has thermal protection, which will automatically shut off the pump in case of the risk of overheating.
3. These pumps create powerful suction and are self-priming.
