CBN series gear oil pumps are commonly used for conveying viscous liquids with temperatures below 230°C, such as rosin, asphalt, paraffin, lubricating oils, and soap solutions. Additionally, they are applicable in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, beverage, and food industries for conveying media such as toothpaste, jam, pharmaceutical raw materials, etc., as the pump body is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. This equipment features a direct motor drive design, offering strong suction power, compact structure, smooth operation, and high efficiency.
CBN series gear oil pumps are composed of pump body, pump cover, gears, shaft end seals and so on. The pump conveys liquid through the mutual meshing of two or more rotating gears, utilizing the change and movement of the working volume formed between the pump cylinder and the meshing gears. It adopts bridge-type external belt pulley drive and direct connection of motor, which is characterized by low rotational speed, low noise and large suction force.
