YHCB Electric Arc Gear Pump is a kind of volumetric pump. It consists of two gears, the pump body and the front and rear covers. It forms two enclosed spaces. When the gear rotates, the volume of the space on the disengagement side becomes larger and smaller, forming a vacuum and liquid. Inhalation, the volume of the space on the meshing side of the gear is reduced from large to large, and the liquid is squeezed into the pipe. The suction chamber and the discharge chamber are separated by the meshing lines of the two gears. The gear is made of a special material that can be used for explosion protection.
This series of pumps is divided into nylon wheel, steel wheel and copper wheel. Among them, nylon wheel and copper wheel are suitable for conveying flammable and explosive medium such as gasoline, kerosene and diesel. It is a good vehicle-mounted explosion-proof oil pump. Chemical raw material pumps can be produced with special materials according to user requirements and actual media conditions.
