RY series centrifugal hot oil pumps are single-stage cantilever centrifugal pumps, mainly used to transport high-temperature liquids without solid particles, such as hot oil, heat transfer oil, etc. This series of pumps is a single-stage hot oil centrifugal pump developed on the basis of absorbing various advanced technical features, with the characteristics of reasonable structure, advanced technology, high efficiency, and stable operation. It can be widely used in many industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical, rubber, plastics, pharmaceuticals, printing and dyeing, road construction, food, etc.

Product Details:

RY series centrifugal oil pump's impeller is self-balanced by means of rear vanes. Typically, the pump is driven by an electric motor, which can be connected to the pump via a flexible coupling. It is also possible to install a flexible spacer coupling, which allows the entire pump support to be disassembled without removing the pump housing and motor from the base plate. In addition, the coupling is protected by a cover, which prevents damage caused by external factors.

Application:

RY series centrifugal hot oil pumps are usually applied for transferring thermal oil or other hot oil with temperature not higher than 350℃ and viscosity 5-300cst for hydraulic transmission system. It is widely adopted in industrial and urban flood control, emergency rescue, water supply and drainage, sprinkler irrigation, chemical, sewage treatment, petroleum, pharmaceutical and food industries.

Feature:

1. This pump utilizes a packing seal structure and an additional temperature-resistant oil seal to effectively prevent medium leakage.
2. The pump and the drive motor are installed on the same base through an elastic coupling. No additional cooling system is required, and the operation is safe and reliable.
3. It adopts a single-stage cantilever structure, which is divided into two forms: foot support and center support. The pump inlet is axial suction and the outlet is vertical upward.
