RY horizontal oil pumps are single-stage, single-suction, cantilever-type centrifugal pumps designed to transport high-temperature hot oil or high-temperature liquid media free of impurities, making them commonly utilized as hot oil circulation pumps or heat transfer fluid pumps across various industries. The unit consists of an integrated pump head and base, with the motor connected via a coupling and mounted on the same base, this design enhances operational robustness and stability while facilitating installation, disassembly, and maintenance. Equipped with a combined packing and mechanical seal system, the pump maintains excellent wear resistance and superior sealing performance even under high-temperature conditions, effectively minimizing the risk of fluid leakage to the outside of the pump.

Product Details:

RY series thermal oil centrifugal pump relies on centrifugal force to transport liquids. When the motor drives the impeller to rotate at high speed, the liquid enters the center of the impeller through the axial suction port and is flung toward the impeller’s periphery by centrifugal force. It is then discharged through the pump’s outlet into the external piping, while the center of the impeller becomes a low-pressure zone due to the removal of liquid. As a result, the medium is continuously drawn in, thereby achieving continuous flow.

Application:

RY air-cooled hot oil pumps are capable of conveying hot oil and high-temperature media, and are used in the lubricant industry, petrochemicals, food processing, hot oil heating systems, paper and wood processing, rubber and plastics, and the construction industry. Their high-temperature conveying capacity, heat resistance, and superior sealing make them essential equipment in modern industrial heating systems and high-temperature operating conditions.
