CYZ fuel oil centrifugal pump is commonly used in chemical, petroleum, electric power, food, metallurgy and other industries to transport oily media such as fuel oil, diesel oil, kerosene and gasoline, which do not contain solid particles and the temperature does not exceed 80℃. The equipment is equipped with high quality and durable materials and hard alloy mechanical seals, so the pump can be durable and can run stably for a long time. In addition, it also has a compact structure, smooth operation, easy maintenance, high efficiency, strong self-absorption capacity, long service life and so on.

Product Details:

CYZ series self-priming oil pump consists of suction chamber, liquid storage chamber, vortex chamber, liquid return hole, gas-liquid distribution chamber and so on. Before the pump starts, a certain amount of liquid needs to be injected into the pump body as the initial working medium. After starting, the motor drives the impeller to rotate, and the impeller rotates at high speed to generate centrifugal force, which throws the liquid from the center of the impeller to the vortex chamber. In the vortex chamber, the speed of the liquid gradually decreases and the pressure gradually increases, and then it is discharged through the discharge pipe. At the same time, due to the rotation of the impeller, the external liquid is sucked into the pump body under the action of atmospheric pressure, thus realizing the continuous suction and discharge process.

CYZ series self priming centrifugal pump is suitable for conveying all kinds of oil and oil-like liquids which do not contain solid particles and the temperature does not exceed 80℃, and can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, food and other industries. It is an ideal product for petroleum industry, land tankers and oil tankers, and is also suitable for cargo oil pumps, bilge pumps, fire pumps and ballast pumps of ships as well as cooling water circulation of machines.
