Summarize:

ZW Self-Priming Centrifugal Pump integrates self-suction and non-clogging and uses axial-back flow outside-mixing type,through the unique design of both pump casing and impeller,needs not to mount a foot valve and prime the leading water just like the common self-suction pure water pump and also can pump the liquid containing the solid of big grains and long fiber impurities.

①Directly Connected ZW Self-Priming Sewage Pump's impeller directly installed on the motor shaft, suitable for the self-priming pump of small power motor.

②The Split ZW Type Self-Priming Pump， pump body shaft and motor transfer torque through the coupling, which is suitable for the self-priming pump of high power motor.

Tips:
The first use needs to inject water into the pump head, the air in the pump head will be discharged, if direct pumping will lead to impeller idling so that the machine seal dry grinding, which will make the machine seal more easily damaged, thus leaking water.
For the second time, as long as the pump head is full of water, it can be used normally. If the pump head is not full if water, add water like the first time.

1. Strong discharge capacity: impeller anti blocking design, high efficiency and no blockage.
2. High efficiency and energy saving: good hydraulic model is adopted, and the efficiency is 3-5% higher than that of general self-priming pump.
3. Good self-priming performance: the self-priming height is 1m higher than the general self-priming pump, and the self-priming time is shorter.
