SK series single stage vacuum pump is a water ring vacuum pump that designed for pumping or pressurizing gases and other non-corrosive, water-insoluble, solid particle-free substances, which can meet the conveying requirements of industries such as machinery, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, sugar, food and electronics. This pump adopts advanced manufacturing technology and durable materials to ensure stable and reliable performance and long service life features.

Product Details:

SK series single stage vacuum pumps compress gas by rotating a vane impeller inside a cylindrical housing. When the liquid is fed into the pump, under centrifugal acceleration, a cylindrical ring is formed that fits snugly inside the housing. This liquid ring creates a series of seals in the space between the impeller blades, thus forming the compression chamber. After the gas is drawn into the pump through the air inlet at the end of the casing, the gas is trapped in the compression chamber formed by the impeller blades and the liquid ring. Finally, the rotation of the impeller results in a volume reduction, which compresses the gas and discharges it into the discharge port at the end of the casing.

Application:

This machine can pump out the gas which is non-corrosive, insoluble in water and free of solid particles, such as air, and a small amount of liquid is allowed to be mixed in, and the pump is not easy to be dangerous when pumping or extracting flammable and explosive gases. Widely used in machinery, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, sugar industry and electronics industry, etc.
