2BV series vacuum water pumps are energy-saving liquid ring vacuum pumps designed for the transport of gases and vapours. Its pumping pressure can reach 33mbar, i.e. the vacuum degree can reach 97%. It can be widely used in metallurgy, electronics, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries that require vacuum technology. The equipment also has the advantages of strong corrosion resistance, good sealing, stable operation and unique design.

Product Details:

2BV series vacuum pump forms a water ring in the pump body through the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller, thus realizing the pumping and compression of gases. When the pump is operated for long periods at suction pressures below 80 mbar, the pump should be protected by connecting a cavitation protection tube. If it is equipped with an atmospheric ejector that can be mounted directly on the vacuum pump cylinder, suction pressures of up to 10 mbar are possible. When used as a compressor, absolute pressures of up to 0.26 MPa can be achieved.

1. The motors are of the YE2 series. Protection class is IP54 or IP55 (normal IP44), insulation class F.
2. The unique design of the exhaust port can protect the pump from overpressure and ensure that the pump performs optimally within the working range.
3. 2BV series vacuum pumps all adopt PTFE material for flexible sealing parts, which can greatly extend the service life of the pumps under severe working conditions.
4. When the pump is working in conditions close to limited vacuum, the cavitation protection port opens (or is connected with a separator) to discharge the squeal to protect the pump.
