Product Description

Summarize:

2BV water ring vacuum pump is applied to convey gas, water vapor, non-corrosive and solid particle-free gas in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, sugar, steel and electronic industries. The suction pressure of this pump is able to reach 33mbar and the vacuum degree can reach 97%. In order to ensure the best efficiency of this pump within its performance range, it adopts a unique flexible exhaust port design to prevent over-compression of the product.

Product Details:

2BV vacuum pumps pump and compress gases by means of the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller, which creates a water ring in the pump body. When the pump is operated for long periods at suction pressures below 80 mbar, the pump should be protected by connecting a cavitation protection tube. If equipped with an atmospheric ejector that can be mounted directly on the vacuum pump cylinder, suction pressures of up to 10 mbar are possible. When used as a compressor, absolute pressures of up to 0.26 MPa can be achieved.

Application:

1. Chemical industry: This pump is used in vacuum filtration, distillation, drying and other processes, such as chemical products filtration plant, chemical products treatment plant, etc.

Feature:

1. 2BV series pumps have the cavitation protection port. When they work under the condition near the limited vacuum, the cavitation protect port opens (or connects with the separator) to get rid of the screaming to protect the pump.
2. The unique design of the discharge port can protect the pump from the over-pressure to ensure the best efficient performance in the working range of the pump.
3. 2BV series water ring vacuum pump can achieve flexible sealing parts all of PTFE, which can greatly extend the life of the vacuum pump in harsh conditions.
4. The motors are all adopted YE2 series products. The protection class is IP54 or IP55 (normal is IP44) and the insulation grade is F.
