2BV series water ring vacuum pump is a liquid ring vacuum pump designed for conveying gas and steam and it is an ideal solution for high-capacity dehydration industries such as petroleum, machinery, chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and sugar. In addition, the pump can also be connected to an explosion-proof motor to meet the requirements for pumping explosive gases in flammable and explosive places. It should be noted that when the liquid ring vacuum pump is operated for a long time under the condition of suction pressure below 80 mbar, a cavitation protection tube should be connected for protection.

Product Details:

2BV vacuum pump can make a water ring in the pump body through the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller, thus realizing the pumping and compression of gases. When the pump is operated for long periods at suction pressures below 80 mbar, it should be protected by connecting a cavitation protection tube. If equipped with an atmospheric ejector that can be mounted directly on the vacuum pump cylinder, suction pressures of up to 10 mbar are possible. Meanwhile, it can achieve absolute pressure of up to 0.26MPa when used as a compressor.

Application:

It is suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, food, steel and other industries, and can be used in various processes such as vacuum filtration, steam recovery, vacuum distillation, etc. If it is necessary to extract explosive gas in flammable and explosive places, an explosion-proof motor can be connected to meet its requirements.

Feature:

1. The standard seals are all used the John Crane mechanical seals.
2. The bearings are all used the imported products with brand name of NTN or NSK.
3. Its motors are all adopted YE2 series products. The protection class is IP54 or IP55 (normal is IP44) and the insulation grade is F.
4. This vacuum pump can achieve flexible sealing parts all of PTFE, which can greatly extend the life of the vacuum pump in harsh conditions.
5. The unique design of the discharge port can protect the pump from the over-pressure to ensure the best efficient performance in the working range of the pump.
6. It have the cavitation protection port. When they work under the condition near the limited vacuum, the cavitation protect port opens (or connects with the separator) to get rid of the screaming to protect the pump.
