Unlike traditional liquid-ring vacuum pumps, this unit achieves higher pumping efficiency and lower operating energy consumption while ensuring stable vacuum performance through improvements in impeller structure, flow path design, and internal fit precision. Its impeller incorporates high-precision balancing technology, enabling it to maintain stable operation even under prolonged continuous running conditions, thereby reducing bearing loads and providing a reliable and safe vacuum solution.

Product Details:

Before starting the 2BEA series vacuum pumps, a specified amount of clean water or other liquid must be injected into the pump chamber. The motor drives the impeller to rotate; under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid is flung against the inner wall of the pump casing, forming a concentric rotating water ring. When the volume gradually increases, external gas enters the pump chamber through the inlet, while as the volume gradually decreases, the gas is compressed and discharged through the outlet, thereby creating a continuous and stable pumping process.

Application:

1. In the petrochemical industry, it can be used for the safe extraction and discharge of flammable, explosive, or toxic gases such as acetylene and hydrogen.
2. It can be used in the food industry for processes such as vacuum freeze-drying, vacuum packaging, sugar production, and vacuum concentration of fruit juice.
