3RP stainless steel lobe pump is applicable for conveying suspensions containing solid particles and high-viscosity liquids with temperatures ranging from -30°C to 180°C and viscosities from 30 to 1.0×10⁵ cSt. This pump features high efficiency, energy savings, low failure rates, corrosion resistance, and strong self-priming capabilities, making it ideal for meeting the pumping needs of industries such as petroleum, chemicals, biopharmaceuticals, personal care, and food processing. To better comply with sanitary production standards, all components in contact with the medium are made of stainless steel, effectively preventing material contamination while facilitating cleaning and maintenance.
3RP series small lobe pump is mainly composed of rotor, shaft seal, gear box, a pair of synchronous meshing of the active gear to achieve the delivery of the medium. It adopts gear transmission mode, and the main shaft and auxiliary shaft drive the rotor to rotate synchronously in reverse, so that the volume of the pump changes, thus forming a higher vacuum and discharge pressure, so it is especially suitable for sanitary media and highly corrosive high-viscosity media. In addition, the pump utilizes a high-strength cast iron gearbox, helical gears and heavy-duty bearings to ensure long-term pump operation.
