Product Details:

3RP high viscosity lobe pump is mainly composed of rotor, shaft seal, gear box, a pair of synchronous meshing of the active gear, driving the rotor to transport media. The product is driven by gears, and the main shaft and auxiliary shaft drive the rotor to rotate synchronously and inversely, so that the volume of the pump changes, thus forming a higher vacuum and discharge pressure. In particular, the pump employs high-strength cast iron gearboxes, helical gears and bearings to ensure long-term pump operation.

Application:

3RP rotary pumps perform exceptionally well with food media such as tomato sauce, vegetable sauce, salad dressings, meat sauces, cooking oil, yeast, fruit purees, jellies, and chocolate; they can also be used to efficiently and smoothly transfer beer, wort, fruit juice beverages, and even face creams and lotions.
