3RP series chocolate rotary lobe pump is a multi-purpose two-way positive displacement pump produced by our company. It is capable of effectively conveying media with viscosity up to 30×10⁵cSt, and can handle a variety of highly viscous and corrosive media. Therefore, it is often used as one of the indispensable processing equipment in daily-use chemical, petroleum, biopharmaceutical, brewing, food and beverage industries. The equipment has the advantages of high viscosity conveying capacity, superior self-priming performance, reliable sealing performance and reasonsble compact structure.
3RP series high viscosity lobe pump mainly consists of rotor, shaft seal, gearbox and synchronized meshing active gears, which drive the rotor to convey the medium. It consists of two synchronized rotors and cams driven by a pair of synchronized gears in the gearbox. The two rotors rotate in opposite directions driven by the main shaft and the secondary shaft, which can change the volume of the pump and increase the vacuum and discharge pressure.
