Product Details:
3PR rotary lobe pump uses two cam rotors rotating in opposite directions in sync to draw in and discharge the fluid. During operation, the two rotors rotating in opposite directions in sync divide the rotor chamber into several small compartments. As the rotors rotate, the enclosed volume on the inlet side gradually increases, creating a vacuum that draws the medium into the pump chamber. This medium is then sealed within the chamber by the rotors and pushed axially toward the outlet. At the outlet, the meshing of the rotors causes the enclosed volume to gradually decrease, forcing the medium out and completing the entire delivery cycle.
