Following the startup of the KCB gear oil pump, as the drive gear and driven gear begin to separate on the suction side, a certain degree of negative pressure is created inside the pump chamber, causing the fluid to enter the chamber under the influence of atmospheric pressure or inlet pressure. The liquid moves along the interior of the pump housing from the suction side to the discharge side as the gears rotate. When the two gears re-mesh, the space between them gradually decreases, causing the liquid to be squeezed and forced into the discharge line, thereby creating a continuous delivery process.
