NYP series internal gear pump is a positive displacement pump that is applicable for delivering high viscosity and various corrosive media. The equipment is equipped with a powerful drive system that ensures that the pump delivers a strong driving moment even at low speeds, thus guaranteeing continuous, uninterrupted conveying without damaging the material. Consequently, it can solve the conveying problems in the chemical, paint, petroleum, grease, pharmaceutical and coating industries.

Product Details:

NYP series internal gear pumps are mainly composed of inner rotor, outer rotor, shaft, pump body, front cover, bracket, seals, bearings and so on. The seals of our products are divided into packing seals or mechanical seals. When the conveying medium is high temperature, high viscosity or corrosive, packing seal is used. When the conveying medium is easy to crystallize, the pump body and front cover can be equipped with heat preservation jacket so that the medium can be melted with steam when working.

Application:

NYP series internal gear pumps are suitable for high viscosity liquids, such as glue, syrup, asphalt, adhesives, dyes, paints, lubricants, high viscosity gear oil, epoxy resins, polyurethane PU and other media. It can meet the transportation requirements of different fields such as petroleum, chemical, paint, grease, pharmaceutical, food and so on.

Feature:

1. It can keep smooth, no pulsation, small vibration and low noise when conveying liquid.
2. It has strong self-absorption ability and can automatically suck in a certain amount of liquid.
3. This machine adapt to the transportation of different viscosity media by adjusting the gear clearance.
4. The product adopts the design of internal meshing, so it has a compact structure and occupies little space.
