When TSB series chemical centrifugal pumps are started, the pump shaft drives the impeller to rotate at high speed, forcing the liquid pre-filled between the vanes to rotate with it. Under the action of inertial centrifugal force, the liquid makes radial movement from the impeller centre to the periphery. When the liquid is thrown to the periphery from the centre of the impeller, a low-pressure area will be created in the centre of the impeller. By the continuous running of the impeller, the liquid is continuously sucked in and discharged, thus realising the conveying of the liquid.
Application:
Mainly used in petroleum, chemical, synthetic fiber, chemical fertilizer, power station, metallurgy, food and medicine and other industrial sectors to transport clean or particle-containing liquids, low or high temperature liquids, neutral or corrosive liquids, and the temperature of the conveying medium is -45°C ~200°C. High temperature type and slurry type medium temperature -60°C~+360°C to transport corrosive slurry with particles at high temperature and normal temperature, or corrosive liquid similar to water.
