Liquefied petroleum gas pump is a positive-displacement vane pump that operates based on the centrifugal sliding motion of its vanes, with flow rate directly proportional to the rotational speed of the shaft. As the rotor inside the pump rotates, the volume of the suction chamber gradually increases, creating a vacuum that draws oil into the chamber. When the rotor rotates to a certain angle, the volume gradually decreases, causing the oil pressure to drop. The oil seal block, located between the suction chamber and the pressure chamber, ensures a seal through the centrifugal force generated by the vanes and the structure of the two baffles. Thus, the stator surface fits tightly against the pump's inner surface, enabling the pump to operate normally under rated conditions.
