RY series hot oil centrifugal pumps absorbing various advanced technologies are single-stage horizontal hot oil centrifugal pumps developed on the basis of processing and conveying high-temperature liquids with viscosity of 300 cst and without solid particles. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, synthetic fiber, textile printing and dyeing, papermaking, construction, machinery, medicine, hot oil furnace oil supply circulation system and other fields. The machine has simple structure, reasonable design, advanced technology, reliable performance, and can be operated stably for a long time.

Product Details:

RY series centrifugal thermal oil pumps are high temperature oil pumps designed to handle high temperature media up to 350°C. The pumps are normally driven by an electric motor which can be connected to the pump by means of a flexible coupling. In general, the pumps are driven by an electric motor, which can be connected to the pump by means of an elastic coupling. It is also possible to install a flexible spacer coupling, which makes it possible to dismantle the entire pump support without removing the pump casing and motor from the base plate. In addition, the coupling has a protective cover that prevents damage caused by external factors.

Application:

RY series high temperature oil pump is an ideal hot oil circulation pump. It is mainly used for conveying weakly corrosive, high-temperature liquids that do not contain solid particles. It is widely used in thermal heating system in various industries such as petroleum, chemical, rubber, plastic, medicine, textile printing and dyeing, road construction, food, wood processing and so on.

Feature:

1. It is supported by double ball bearings, with lubricant lubrication at the front end and grease lubrication at the rear end, and an oil guide pipe in the middle, which can observe the sealing condition and the recovery of heat transfer oil at any time.
2. It pump adopts single-stage single-suction cantilevered foot support, the pump suction is axial suction, the discharge centre is vertical, the motor is mounted on the same base.
3. The sealing of this machine thermal oil pump adopts the combination of packing seal and mechanical seal.
