KCB high temperature oil gear pumps are designed to transfer crude oil, diesel oil, lubricating oil, animal and vegetable oils, and other oil-like media at temperatures below 300°C. The KCB pumps are designed for use in a variety of industrial applications. In addition, in order to effectively reduce the energy consumption in the conveying process, we adopt advanced gear design and precise manufacturing technology in this equipment.

Product Details:

KCB series hot oil gear pumps are mainly include gear oil pump gears, shafts, pump body, valves and shaft end seals and other nose tips. The gears of the pump are heat-treated for high hardness and strength and are installed together with the shaft to run in replaceable bushings. Moreover, the pump is designed with reasonable discharge groove and return groove, so that the gears bear the minimum torque when working, so this bearing load is small, less wear and tear, and the pump efficiency is high.

Application:

1. Pulp and Paper: Acid, soap, lye, black liquor, kaolin, lime, latex, sludge.
2. Chemicals: Sodium silicate, acids, plastics, mixed chemicals, isocyanates.
3. Petrochemicals: Pure or filled bitumen, pitch, diesel oil, crude oil, lube oil.
4. Food: Chocolate, cacao butter, fillers, sugar, vegetable fats and oils, molasses, animal food.
