3RP series toothpaste lobe pump is a multi-purpose bi-directional positive displacement pump pump with the advantages of strong self-priming ability, high efficiency, long service life and high accuracy. It is usually suitable for conveying and filling high viscosity liquids with corrosive and suspending properties, such as honey, sauces, skin creams, toothpastes and so on. Therefore, it is also widely used in food, beverage, daily chemicals, building materials, biopharmaceuticals and other fields.

Product Details:

3RP series cosmetic pump is mainly composed of rotor, shaft seal, gear box, and a pair of synchronous meshing active gears, so as to convey the medium. It adopts the gear transmission method, the main shaft and auxiliary shaft drive the rotor synchronous reverse rotation, so that the volume of the pump changes, thus forming a higher vacuum and discharge pressure, so it is suitable for sanitary media and highly corrosive high-viscosity media. In addition, the pump utilizes a high-strength cast iron gearbox, helical gears and heavy-duty bearings to ensure long-term pump operation.

Application:

1. Foodstuffs: ketchup, vegetable pastes, sauces, sweeteners, yeast pastes, salads, meat emulsions, cooking oils.
2. Confectionery: Syrups, cream fillings, purees, fruit fillings, puddings, jams, jellies, chocolates.
3. Beverages: Beer, wort, yeast, soft drinks, fruit juice concentrates, fruit drinks.
4. Cosmetics: Creams and lotions, hairsprays, hair dyes, essential oils.
5. Dairy Products: Yoghurt, cream, ice cream, cheese and whey.

1. It easily cleaned using either clean-in-place (CIP) or steam-in-place (SIP) methods, making it ideal for sanitary processing applications.
2. With no contact between the pump vanes, vane pumps can move solids suspended in the slurry without damaging the product.
3. This machine can handle larger particles than those pumped by other types of positive displacement pumps.
4. If wetted, rotary vane pumps are also self-priming and can run dry for extended periods of time.
5. Provides accurate, consistent fluid output that is unaffected by pressure changes.
6. Gentle pumping action further minimises product degradation.
