Summarize:

3RP series high viscosity lobe pump is a volumetric pump with the advantages of good self-priming performance, high efficiency and long service life. It can effectively transport the medium with viscosity up to 30×10⁵cSt, and can handle all kinds of high viscosity and corrosive media. Therefore, this pump is often used as one of the indispensable processing equipment for daily chemical, petroleum, biopharmaceutical, brewing, food and beverage industries.

Product Details:

3RP series daily chemical lobe pump mainly consists of rotor, shaft seal, gearbox and synchronized meshing active gears, which drive the rotor to convey the medium. It consists of two synchronized rotors and cams driven by a pair of synchronized gears in the gearbox. The two rotors rotate in opposite directions driven by the main shaft and the secondary shaft, which can change the volume of the pump and increase the vacuum and discharge pressure.
