KCB series vegetable oil transfer pumps can handle various oils and oil-like mediums with viscosity below 300°C such as diesel oil, crude oil, vegetable oil and lubricating oil. They are characterized by reliable performance, stable operation, rational design, simple operation and high efficiency, so they are becoming one of the most important equipment for fluid transportation in various industrial applications. In addition, to effectively reduce the energy consumption in the conveying process, we also apply advanced gear design and precise manufacturing technology.

Product Details:

KCB series gear oil transfer pumps mainly contain gear oil transfer pump gears, shafts, pump body, valves and shaft end seals and other components. The pumps are designed with reasonable discharge and return grooves to minimize the torque applied to the gears during operation. At the same time, the pump is also equipped with a safety valve for overload protection, and the full return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump.

Application:

1. It is widely used in oil drum carrier, oil refinery, electric power plant, substation and oil depot.
2. By adopting stainless steel material, it works for medium like non-lubricating oil, beverage and corrosive liquid.
3. The gear pump by adopting cast iron material, pump can transport various oil, such as crude oil, diesel oil and lubricating oil.
4. Cooking oil transfer pumps are mainly used to transport palm oil,olive oil,soybean oil,peanut oil,sunflower oil,corn oil,sesame oil,vegetable oil etc.
