This equipment eliminates the need for foot valves in piping systems, significantly simplifying pipeline layout, improving the working environment, and reducing production and labor costs.

Product Details:

ZX series horizontal self-priming sewage pump adopts a single-stage, single-suction cantilevered structure, primarily consisting of the pump body, impeller, seals, bearings, and coupling. It propels liquid toward the outer edge of the volute chamber through centrifugal force, then discharges it via the pump outlet. The impeller's rotation converts the motor's mechanical energy into the liquid's kinetic and pressure energy, thereby achieving fluid conveyance.

Application:

1. In industrial manufacturing, it serves as an ideal choice for chemical, pharmaceutical, dye, printing and dyeing, brewing, power generation, electroplating, papermaking, petroleum, and mining industries, capable of conveying various chemical liquid media.
2. For agricultural irrigation, when fitted with a swing-arm spray nozzle, this pump propels water into the air where it disperses into fine droplets for misting,which makes it an excellent tool for farms, nurseries, orchards, and tea plantations.
