3GB series screw pumps are specifically tailored for conveying corrosive oils and lubricant-like fluids free of solid particles, and can efficiently handle media with viscosities ranging from 30 to 760 mm²/s. These pumps operate on the principle of intermeshing rotating screws within the pump housing, which continuously and uniformly push the medium toward the discharge port.

Product Details:

3GB series triple screw pumps transport liquids through the meshing of the main screw and two driven screws. When the main screw rotates, it drives the driven screws to rotate synchronously, forming continuous sealed chambers. These chambers move forward with the rotation of the screws, pushing the liquid from the inlet to the outlet, thereby achieving liquid pressurization and transmission. The pump is manufactured using cast steel material and offers two material options: insulated and non-insulated. For handling high-viscosity media, it is recommended to use an insulated screw pump.

Application:

3GB series screw pumps are designed for conveying various non-corrosive oils and similar fluids, including fuel oil, heavy oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, asphalt, and other similar liquid media. When conveying high-viscosity media, heating can be applied to reduce viscosity for conveyance, with temperatures typically not exceeding 350°C. This equipment is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical fibers, metallurgy, machinery, power, machine tools, shipping, glass, and highways.

Feature:

1. The continuous rotation of the screw pump enables the liquid to be smoothly pushed to the outlet, providing a stable flow rate.
2. It has low inertia in its rotating parts, resulting in very low starting torque and vibration, and the pump operates with minimal noise.
3. The pump has low pressure pulsation. Through the meshing effect of the screws, the pressure pulsation inside the pump body is minimized, ensuring the stability of the conveyed liquid.
