Product Details:

3G series three-screw pump transmits fluid through the meshing of a main screw and two driven screws. When the main screw rotates, it drives the driven screws to rotate synchronously, forming continuous sealed chambers. These chambers advance forward with the screw rotation, pushing the fluid from the inlet to the outlet, thereby achieving fluid pressurization and conveyance.

Application:

3G series screw pumps are specifically designed for conveying various non-corrosive oils and similar fluids, including fuel oil, heavy oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, asphalt, and other analogous liquid media. When transporting high-viscosity media, heating can be employed to reduce viscosity for easier conveyance, with heating temperatures typically not exceeding 350°C. This equipment finds extensive application across industries such as petroleum, chemical fiber, metallurgy, machinery, power generation, machine tools, marine, glass, and highway construction.
