Product Details:

3RP series rotary lobe pumps consist of two synchronously counter-rotating three-lobe spiral rotors, forming sealed chambers between the rotors and the pump casing. As the rotors rotate, material is drawn into the chambers and transported to the discharge end with the rotor rotation. Due to the rotors' unique design, the chamber volume remains constant during conveyance, enabling smooth, pulsation-free material transfer. Simultaneously, the minimal clearance between the rotors and pump housing effectively prevents backflow, ensuring high delivery efficiency.
