Product Details:

3RP series rotary vane pump primarily consists of a rotor, shaft seal, gearbox, and a pair of meshing drive gears, through the drive of the rotor to achieve medium transportation. By adopting a gear transmission mechanism, the main shaft and auxiliary shaft drive the rotor to rotate synchronously in opposite directions, causing the pump chamber volume to change. This generates higher vacuum levels and exhaust pressures, enabling stable and efficient transportation of highly corrosive, high-viscosity media.

1. In the chemical fiber industry, it can be used to convey materials such as polyester, polypropylene, synthetic fibers.
2. It can be used in the fodd indystry to process media such as chocolate, yogurt, syrups, honey, jams, condiments, and tomato juice.
