3RP series lobe pump filling machine is multi-purpose two-way positive displacement pumps produced by our company with the introduction of advanced technology from Germany. It is specially used to deal with sanitary fluid and corrosive high viscosity medium, conveying medium with temperature -30℃～180℃ and viscosity 30～1.0×10⁵cSt, which is suitable for food, beverage, pharmacy, chemical industry, daily chemical industry, petroleum and other processing industries. This equipment can change the rotational speed of the pump according to the different physical characteristics of the medium, and can be configured with a frequency converter, but also can be adjusted at will flow, can be used as a general metering pump.

Product Details:

3RP series rotary lobe pump is mainly made up of rotor, shaft seal, gear box, a pair of synchronous meshing of the active gear, driving the rotor to transport media. It adopts the gear transmission method, the main shaft and auxiliary shaft drive the rotor to rotate in reverse synchronously, so that the volume of the pump changes, thus forming a higher vacuum and discharge pressure, so it is especially applied to sanitary media and strong corrosive and high viscosity media. Furthermore, the pump utilizes a high-strength cast iron gearbox, helical gears and heavy-duty bearings to ensure long-term pump operation.

Application:

1. Daily chemical industry: It is suitable for conveying gel, facial cleanser, hand soap, shower gel, washing powder, skin care products, hair dye, toothpaste, detergent, shoe polish, cosmetics, soap, glycerin, fatty acid and so on.
2. Food industry: It can be used to convey whipping cream, ice cream, cheese block, whey, beer, wort, yeast, jam, syrup, soft drink, juice, pudding, ketchup, sesame sauce, peanut butter, condiment, edible oil, etc.
3. Pharmaceutical industry: It is capable of conveying various types of syrups, nutrient solutions, traditional Chinese medicine, biological products, vaccines, health care products, etc.
4. Chemical industry: For conveying fats, resins, polymers, paints, pigments,, coatings, lubricants, emulsified asphalt, leather, etc.
