MD series multistage centrifugal pump is the impeller drives the liquid to rotate at high speed, so that the liquid generates centrifugal force to obtain energy. After the liquid is discharged from the impeller, it continues to flow outward along the front guide vane, with gradually decreasing speed and increasing static pressure energy. After the liquid flows out from the positive guide vane, it goes around the inner baffle plate of the guide wheel along the axis, and then flows inward along the anti-guide vane, reduces the circumferential velocity, and enters the next impeller along the axis. This is done in a similar manner until the last impeller stage is thrown out before it is collected by the worm shell and sent to the outlet for discharge.
Application:
MD series centrifugal water pumps are used for conveying neutral mineral water (particle size less than 0.5 mm) and other similar sewage, with solid particles content not more than 1.5%, and the temperature of the conveying medium not more than 80 ℃, suitable for iron and steel mills, mine drainage, sewage conveyance and other occasions.
1. The solid particles are less than 0.1% under the condition of clean water, and there is no major failure after 5000 hours of operation, and the efficiency drop is not more than 6%.
2. Under the condition that the content of solid particles in the sewage is 1% to 0.5%, running for 2000 hours without major repair, with the efficiency dropping no more than 6%.
3. In the condition of sewage with solid particles less than 0.1% to 1%, running for 3000 hours without major repair, and the efficiency drop is not more than 5%.
Feature:
1. The stator section mainly consists of the front section, the middle section, the guide vane, the rear section, the bearing frame, the balancing chamber cover and other parts, which are integrated with the connecting rod and nut. The two sides of the front section and rear section are fixed on the pump base with bolts and nuts.
2. The rotor parts are mainly composed of impeller, impeller stop sleeve, balance stop sleeve, balance disk and shaft sleeve, etc. These parts are tightened with small round nuts and fixed on the shaft with flat keys to prevent rotation. The rotor can be directly connected with the motor through elastic pin coupling.
4. Mining wear-resistant multistage centrifugal pump adopts a balancing plate hydraulic balancing device, which can completely and automatically balance the axial force. The device consists of four parts, including balancing plate, balancing disk, balancing sleeve and balancing stop sleeve.
