This series of pumps features a self-sealing lubrication system and automatic pressure regulation design, enabling automatic pressure recovery without disassembly even after wear occurs, thereby significantly extending maintenance intervals and the service life of the equipment.

Product Details:

ZYB series gear oil pump consists of a pump body, pump cover, gears, shaft seals, and stuffing box, and the inside the pump body are two sets of identical drive gears and driven gears. When the gears rotate, the volume between the teeth gradually increases, creating a vacuum that draws in liquid under atmospheric pressure. As the gears continue to rotate, the volume between the teeth gradually decreases, forcing the liquid out into the pipeline.

Application:

ZYB series oil transfer pumps are suitable for conveying liquid media containing non-metallic impurities at temperatures below 260°C and with a viscosity not exceeding 150 mm²/s, such as kerosene, heavy oil, diesel, residual oil, and fuel oil. They can be used in industries such as petroleum, chemicals, grain and oil, and building materials, as well as in applications including fuel systems, high-pressure lubrication systems, and asphalt mixing plants.

Feature:

1. It floating sleeve inside the pump housing automatically adjusts the end-face clearance according to operating pressure, thereby maintaining stable pressure, minimizing flow pulsation, and ensuring high volumetric efficiency.
2. The main components of this pump are manufactured from high-quality, highly wear-resistant materials. After heat treatment, the surface hardness reaches HRC 60 or higher, ensuring excellent wear resistance and hardness.
3. The pump employs a self-sealing lubrication system, which ensures proper bearing lubrication without the need for an external oil supply, maintaining stable volumetric efficiency and delivery capacity.
