ZYB series gear pumps primarily use gears as their core working elements and are based on the principle of external gear pumps. When the motor drives the drive gear to rotate via a coupling, the sealed volume continuously increases, creating a local vacuum, as the gears continue to rotate, the volume between the teeth gradually decreases, forcing the fluid into the pipeline. The unit also features a rationally designed oil drain and return groove within the pump, which minimizes the torque forces on the gears during operation, reduces bearing loads, significantly decreases wear, and ensures the overall efficiency and stability of the pump.
Application:
ZYB series gear pumps are normally employed to handle liquid media containing non-metallic impurities such as kerosene, heavy oil, residual oil, and fuel oil, provided their temperature does not exceed 260°C and their viscosity does not exceed 150 mm²/s. These pumps are designed to meet the pumping requirements of industries including grain and oil processing, power generation, building materials, daily chemicals, asphalt mixing plants, chemical processing, and road construction.
