Product Details:

YHCB series high pressure gear pump is a kind of positive displacement pump, which is composed of two gears, pump body and front and rear covers. Two closed spaces are formed inside the product. When the gears rotate, the teeth of the suction chamber gradually disengage from each other, and the volume between the teeth gradually increases, which can form a vacuum or negative pressure area. As the gear continues to rotate, the inhaled liquid can be brought to the discharge chamber side. In the discharge chamber side, the gear teeth gradually meshed, the volume between the teeth gradually decreases, so that the liquid will be compressed and extruded out of the pump body, into the piping system.

Application:

YHCB series circular arc gear pumps are special gear pumps for fuel delivery by tanker trucks, which are mainly used for conveying non-corrosive liquids with viscosity from 5 to 1500 cSt and temperature not exceeding 80℃, without solid particles, such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, mechanical lubricating oil, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), diamine acetate, amine acetate, and methylamine acetate, etc. The main parts of the pump can be made of different materials according to the needs of users.
