Product Details:

In the YHCB series arc-tooth gear pumps, the driving gear rotates the driven gear, creating a low-pressure area on the suction side that draws fluid into the pump chamber through the inlet. The oil enters the spaces between the teeth, and the gears then move the fluid along the pump chamber toward the discharge port. When the gears enter the meshing zone, the working volume gradually decreases, causing the oil to be squeezed and continuously discharged through the discharge port, completing the pumping process.

Application:

YHCB series arc gear pumps are utilized for handling non-corrosive oil-based liquids free of solid particles with viscosities ranging from 5 to 1,500 cSt, such as gasoline, diesel, kerosene, fuel oil, and lubricating oil. In boiler fuel systems and industrial supply systems, they can also serve as oil supply, pressurization, or transfer equipment.
