Product Description

Summarize:

KCB series gear pumps are suitable for conveying non-corrosive lubricating oils, liquids free of solid particles and fibres, such as crude oil, diesel oil, lubricating oils, animal and vegetable oils, etc. at temperatures lower than 300°C. Therefore, this equipment is commonly used for fluid transfer in petroleum, chemical, construction and other applications. Meanwhile, we use durable and waterproof materials to manufacture KCB oil transfer gear pumps to improve their transfer efficiency.

Product Details:

KCB series gear oil transfer pump mainly consists of gear oil pump gears, shafts, pump body, valves and shaft end seals. The two gears in the pump body mesh with each other, dividing the whole working chamber in the pump into two independent parts, i.e. suction chamber and discharge chamber. When the pump is running, the active gear drives the passive gear to rotate, and when the gears are disengaged from the meshing, a partial vacuum is formed on the suction side, so that the liquid is sucked in.

Application:

1. Petrochemicals: Pure or filled bitumen, pitch, diesel oil, crude oil, lube oil.
2. Chemicals: Sodium silicate, acids, plastics, mixed chemicals, isocyanates.
3. Pulp and Paper: Acid, soap, lye, black liquor, kaolin, lime, latex, sludge.
4. Food: Chocolate, cacao butter, fillers, sugar, vegetable fats and oils, molasses, animal food.

Feature:

1. The lubrication of all the parts in the pump is automatically achieved by utilizing the conveying medium when the pump is in operation.
2. The pump is designed with reasonable oil drain and return grooves so that the gears are subjected to minimum torque during operation. As a result, the bearing load is small, less wear and tear, and the pump efficiency is high.
3. It is equipped with a safety valve for overload protection. The full return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump. Moreover, it has an overheating protection device, which will automatically shut down the pump when it is in danger of overheating.
