YCB series gear oil pumps are positive displacement internal gear pumps capable of reliably and stably conveying non-corrosive hydraulic oils, lubricating oils, fuel oils, and other oil-based media that do not contain solid particles or fibers. Thanks to the pump's unique double-arc sine gear design, it ensures pulsation-free, low-noise operation, no liquid lock phenomena, and strong self-priming performance during the conveying process. It can meet the delivery requirements for applications such as lubrication systems, asphalt transportation, fuel supply, and hydraulic stations.

Product Details:

YCB series horizontal gear pump mainly consists of a drive gear, a driven gear, a pump body, front and rear cover plates, and seals. When the pump is started, the drive gear meshes with the driven gear to drive the driven gear to rotate synchronously. At the same time, the tips and surfaces of the gears form a sealed working chamber with the pump body. As the gears rotate, the volume of the working chamber changes, thereby achieving the suction and discharge of fluid.

Application:

YCB series gear oil transfer pumps are capable of conveying lubricating oils or similar media with a viscosity of 5–1500 cSt, free of solid particles and fibers, at temperatures below 200°C. These pumps can be used as lubrication pumps in industries such as power generation, chemicals, petroleum, and shipping, as well as serving as transfer pumps or booster pumps in oil transfer systems. Meanwhile, they can also function as hydraulic pumps to provide hydraulic power for hydraulic systems. Furthermore, the pump can be used as a fuel pump for boosting and injecting into oil transportation systems and oil supply systems.
