WCB small gear pump is driven by an electric motor, which rotates the drive gear and causes the driven gear to mesh in the opposite direction, as the enclosed volume increases, a local vacuum is created, and the liquid is drawn into the pump chamber by atmospheric pressure. With the continued rotation of the gears, the liquid is enclosed between the gear teeth and the pump casing and is smoothly conveyed along the internal flow path of the pump body to the outlet side. Meanwhile, when the gears gradually disengage and the volume decreases, the liquid is expelled from the pump, thereby achieving continuous and stable delivery.
