The core operating principle of the LC series oots pump is based on a pair of synchronously rotating rotors, where the drive shaft precisely drives the driven shaft via a pair of synchronous gears, causing the two rotors within the pump to rotate in opposite directions. As the rotors continuously rotate, the volume of the suction chamber periodically expands, creating a vacuum that draws in the medium while sealing it within the space between the rotors and the pump casing, then pushing it along the pump walls toward the discharge chamber. Consequently, when the rotors pass the discharge port, the chamber volume decreases, forcing the medium out of the pump through continuous compression.

1. Petroleum and Chemical Industry: It can be used to transport petroleum and petroleum products free of solid particles and fibers, such as crude oil, heavy oil, lubricating oil, paint, silicone sealant, petroleum asphalt, etc.
