NYP series gear pump is an internally meshed gear pump capable of effortlessly handling complex media with high viscosity ranging from 1 to 300,000 cSt and containing fine particles. Whether processing food slurries requiring sanitary handling or corrosive chemical raw materials, this pump delivers reliable and efficient solutions through its smooth operation, energy efficiency, low pulsation, and low noise characteristics. Moreover, this series is equipped with a robust drive system that ensures strong drive torque even at low speeds to achieve continuous, stable material delivery without compromising the properties of the medium.

Product Details:

In the NYP high viscosity gear pump, the drive gear and driven gear form continuously changing sealed chambers within the internal cavity as they rotate, smoothly conveying the medium from the suction end to the discharge end. This structural design not only delivers exceptionally smooth flow output but also generates minimal shear force on the medium, which makes it particularly suitable for conveying shear-sensitive materials such as polymers, emulsions, and certain food ingredients.
