KCB series gear lube oil pumps are primarily designed for conveying lubricating oils or other liquids with similar properties that do not contain solid particles or fibers, are non-corrosive, have a temperature not exceeding 300°C, and a viscosity ranging from 5 to 1500 cSt. These pumps are widely applicable in industries such as petroleum, construction, chemicals, shipping, metallurgy, mining, and petroleum, ensuring the efficient and stable conveyance of media to facilitate smooth production operations.

Product Details:

KCB series gear oil transfer pump primarily consists of gears, shafts, pump bodies, valves, and shaft end seals. When the pump is in operation, the internal components are automatically lubricated by the output medium. Additionally, to minimize torque on the gears during operation, the KCB series gear pump is designed with a reasonable oil discharge and return tank configuration. Furthermore, the pump is equipped with a safety valve for overload protection, with the safety valve's full return oil pressure set at 1.5 times the pump's rated discharge pressure.

Application:

1. Petrochemicals: pure or filled asphalt, tar, diesel, crude oil, lubricating oil.
2. Chemical industry: sodium silicate, acids, plastics, mixed chemicals, isocyanates.
3. Pulp and paper industry: acids, soap, alkali solutions, black liquor, kaolin, lime, latex, sludge.
4. Food industry: chocolate, cocoa butter, fillers, sugar, plant fats and oils, molasses, animal feed.

Feature:

1. The safety valve is provided as overload protection. The full bypass pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the pump's rated discharge pressure and can be adjusted within the allowable discharge pressure range as needed.
2. It is designed with reasonable drain and return oil channels, minimizing the torque force on the gears during operation, reducing bearing load and wear, and enhancing pump efficiency.
3. All moving parts inside the pump are automatically lubricated by the conveyed medium, eliminating the need for additional lubricants.
4. This pump has excellent self-priming capability, eliminating the need to fill the pump with liquid before each start-up.
