KCB series gear pumps can be applied to handle lubricating oils or other liquids with properties similar to lubricating oils that do not contain solid particles and fibers, are non-corrosive, have temperatures not higher than 300°C, and have viscosities of 5-1500 cSt. Therefore, it can be used for fluid transportation in various industries such as chemical, petroleum, building materials, hardware, paint, grease, ship, dye, food as well as medicine. Moreover, in order to effectively reduce the energy consumption in the conveying process, the product adopts advanced gear design and precise manufacturing process.

Product Details:

KCB gear oil pumps are mainly composed of gears, shafts, pump body, valves and shaft end seals and other parts. The gears of this pump have been heat-treated by a special process and are characterized by high hardness and high strength, which extends the service life of the product. At the same time, we have designed reasonable discharge and return grooves. This design minimizes the torque of the gears during operation, resulting in low bearing load, less wear and high pump efficiency. The pump is also designed with a safety valve for overload protection, and the full return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump.

KCB series gear pumps are not only effective in the paper and petrochemical industries for handling high-viscosity media such as acids, lime, latex, asphalt, diesel, lubricating oil, and crude oil, but they also excel in the food processing sector for conveying media such as chocolate, vegetable oils, molasses, and animal feed.
