YCB series gear pumps are suitable for conveying lubricating oil with viscosity of 5-1500 cst or other liquids with properties similar to lubricating oil. Due to their compact structure, high efficiency, smooth operation and wide range of applications, the pumps can be used in the pharmaceutical, construction, chemical and petroleum industries. In addition, to minimize noise and smooth rotation, the pump is designed with a rounded shape to reduce wear on the gear surfaces.

Product Details:

YCB serie circular gear pump is external meshing method, double gear structure. A pair of gears meshes perfectly with the pump barrel, dividing the gear pump into two vacuum chambers, one sucking in liquid and one discharging liquid. When the gear starts to rotate, the volume of suction chamber becomes larger, the pressure becomes lower, the liquid enters into the suction chamber under the influence of pressure difference, as the gear continues to rotate, the liquid is transported to the discharge chamber, the volume of the discharge chamber becomes smaller, the pressure becomes higher, and the liquid is finally discharged.

Application:

1. It can be used as a transfer pump or booster in the oil delivery system.
2. It can also be applied as fuel pump for pressurization and injection in oil transmission system and oil supply system.
